1. Local Warehouse Delivery

Please select the local warehouse option for delivery. We will dispatch your order directly from our distribution center. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, although remote areas may require additional time.


2. European Warehouse

Our European warehouse is now operational. Parcels are typically delivered within 1-6 business days.

The European warehouse serves the following countries:
Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.


3. China Warehouse (International Orders)

For customers in other countries or regions, please select the China warehouse option. Orders will be shipped via FedEx International service, and delivery usually takes 5-15 business days, depending on your address.

Please note:

  • International shipping costs apply; free shipping is not available for these orders.
  • You can add multiple items to reduce shipping costs.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at service@vozol.co. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.


4. Taxes and Customs Duties

VOZOL does not charge any sales tax or export tax. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees incurred during clearance.

VOZOL is not liable if a product is confiscated by local customs. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.


5. Multiple Packages & Pre-Sale Items

  • Large orders may be split into multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. If any package is lost due to logistics issues, we will take responsibility for the loss and provide a full refund.
  • Products on the VOZOL website are intended for the international market. Standard versions are shipped unless special requirements are specified.
  • Some products may be on pre-sale; please refer to the shipping date in the product description.

6. Late Delivery

If your package is not delivered within 25 business days after shipment, please contact our support team at service@vozol.co. We will arrange either a reshipment or a refund.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your items are damaged, lost, or incorrect, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist in resolving the issue.
Note: Reshipping or replacement services may not be available internationally for certain cases.
