6. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal payments.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store full credit card details.
If any pricing error is discovered, VOZOL will contact you before proceeding with dispatch or may cancel the order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are managed according to our Shipping Policy.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within3-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Delivery delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen events are outside of VOZOL’s control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy sets forth the procedure for product returns.
In summary:

Return requests must be made within the timeframe stated on the Return Policy page;
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging;
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approved return receipt.

Consumable products (such as coils, cartridges, or e-liquids) cannot be returned once opened, unless proven defective upon arrival.

9. Risk of Loss

All items purchased through the Site are shipped under a shipment contract.
The risk of loss and ownership transfers to you upon the carrier’s acceptance of the parcel.
